• Provided real-time SIGINT-enabled targeting and HUMINT validation for federal law
enforcement and NSA analytical tasking.
• Supported the preservation and safeguarding of classified and sensitive defense
contractor information.
• BCE’s efforts led to the identification of over 90 individuals, federal indictments in 3
districts, confiscation of over $12.8M in assets, and the prevention of downstream
compromise of contractor-access credentials and networks.
This mission was formally recognized in FY25 for its success by a multi-agency
counterintelligence board and is being used as a tradecraft model for future integrated
